LeBron Raymone James Sr. is an American basketball player who is a player for the Los Angeles Lakers in the National Basketball Association. In 2021, James was named to the NBA 75th Anniversary Team, and in 2022 became the first player of NBA history to rack up 10,000 points or more in a career as well as assists and rebounds. James played basketball during his time at St. Vincent St. Mary High in Akron Ohio, where he lived his entire life. National media touted James as a future NBA star. He was in the process of becoming a professional and was the first pick from the Cleveland Cavaliers in the NBA Draft in 2003. The 2004 NBA Rookie of the Year, He quickly established himself as one of the best league players winning an NBA MVP Award in both 2009 and 2010.
